RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEPUTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR TO
ATTEND A TRAINING CLASS
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the April 12, 2004.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Ms. McCarthy and seconded
by Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize Susan Dao, Deputy Zoning
Administrator, to attend a class on May 6, 2004 in Pomona, New York.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Susan Dao, Deputy Zoning
Administrator, is hereby authorized to attend a class on May 6, 2004 in Pomona, New
York, at a cost not to exceed Twenty-five dollars and 00/100 ( $25.00).
The foregoing was put to a vote, which resulted as follows:

I'm requesting to attend a one day class in Rockland on Thursday May 6, 2004. I would
receive 8 hours of in-service credit of the 24 hours that is required. The cost of the class is $25.
Tatiana Lukianoff approves of my attending this class. When future classes are available I would
request that you allow me to attend them so that I could complete the required 24 Hours.

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION and BUILDING SCIENCE

$50.00 for Architects, Engineers, contractors and non-members
The Rockland County Chapter of NYSBOC will sponsor an In -Service Training Class on the
New York State Energy Conservation Code. The AM session will discuss NYS Energy Code
requirements for Residential Construction. The PM session will discuss Building Science.
New York State Code Enforcement Officials will receive 8 hours of in-service credit from the
New York State Department of State Codes Division. AIA members will receive 7 continuing
education units (CEUs).
Hot and cold buffet lunch will be provided to all participants. Pre -registration is required. Class
size is limited. To register, please complete the information below and return it with the
appropriate fee by mail as soon as possible. Registration form must be received by May 3, 2004.
