RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BUILDING INSPECTOR AND DEPUTY
BUILDING INSPECTOR TO ATTEND SEMINAR
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 10`x' day of May, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bettina
by Ms. McCarthy
and seconded
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize George Kolb, Building
Inspector, and Salvatore Morello, Deputy Building Inspector, to attend the Building Code
Instructional Seminare in Poughkeepsie, New York on May 20, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that George Kolb, Building
Inspector, and Salvatore Morello, Deputy Building Inspector are hereby authorized to
attend to the Building Code Instructional Seminare in Poughkeepsie, New York on May
20, 2004, at a cost not to exceed Seventy-five Dollars ($75) per person for registration.
The foregoing was put to a vote, which resulted as follows:
