RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MEMBERS OF THE RECREATION
COMMISSION TO ATTEND CONFERENCE
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 24th day of February, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bet t ina and seconded
by Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize two members of the Town of
Wappinger Recreation Commission to attend the New York State Recreation and Parks
Conference to be held on March 30 to April 2, 2003 at the Wyndham Wind Watch Hotel
in Hauppauge, Long Island.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
Two members of the Town of Wappinger Recreation Committee are hereby
authorized to attend the New York State Recreation and Parks Conference to be held on
March 30 to April 2, 2003 at the Wyndham Wind Watch Hotel in Hauppauge, Long
Island., in accordance with the letter dated January 31, 2003 from Ralph Holt, Chairman
of the Town of Wappinger Recreation Commission with cost to the Town being One
Hundred, Eighty -Five Dollars ($185) per person for registration, and One -Hundred,
Forty -One Dollars ($141) per person, per day for hotel reservations and meals.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

The Recreation Commission requests permission for two of its members to
attend the New York State Recreation & Park conference to be held March 30 -April 2,
2003 at the Wyndham Wind Watch Hotel in Hauppauge, Long Island. Mr. Skip
Rottkamp, Director has indicated that he would like to attend and either Joseph Ennesser
or Joanne Vazquez will be the other attendee.
Full registration for the conference is $185.00 for each if made before
March 7t' and hotel reservations which include meals and gratuity are $141.00 per day
per person.
