RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND FIRE
INSPECTOR TO ATTEND THE NEW YORK STATE BUILDING OFFICIALS
CONFERENCE, INC. SEMINAR
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 23rd day of September, 2002, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded
by Mr. Valdati
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize Karl Seebruch, Building
Inspector to the Town of Wappinger, and Mark Liebermann, Fire Inspector to the Town
of Wappinger to attend the New York State Building Officials Conference, Inc. Seminar
to be held on October 9, 2002 at the Holiday Inn, Rte 9, Fishkill, New York.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. Karl Seebruch, Building Inspector to the Town of Wappinger and Mark
Liebermann, Fire Inspector to the Town of Wappinger are hereby authorized to attend the
New York State Building Officials Conference, Inc. seminar on October 9, 2002 at the
Holiday Inn, Route 9, Fishkill, New York in accordance with the letter dated September
5, 2002 from Karl Seebruch, Building Inspector, to Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero and the
letter dated September 4, 2002 from Mark Liebermann, Fire Inspector to the Town Board
at a cost not to exceed Seventy Dollars ($70.00) per individual.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

I hereby request permission to attend a one day seminar on an OVERVIEW OF THE
INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE, which is the new fire code adopted by New York State.
The seminar will be held at the Holiday Inn in Fishkill on October 9th, 2002 and the cost is
$70.00.
This seminar will credit 5 hours of in-service training towards the mandated 24 hours per
year.
