RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER AND ST. FRANCIS HOSPITAL
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Valdati
Mr. Colsey
and seconded by
WHEREAS, the Town desires to establish and administer an Employee Assistance
Program for employees of the Town and their immediate families.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby accepts the
terms and conditions set forth and contained in the Agreement dated March 1, 2002 by and
between St. Francis Hospital and the Town of Wappinger for providing an Employee Assistance
Program for Town employees and their immediate families.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE THAT, the Supervisor of the Town of Wappinger,
Joseph Ruggiero, is hereby directed and authorized to execute said Agreement by and on behalf
of the Town of Wappinger.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
