RESOLUTION NO. 03 2002
TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
APPOINTING THE COMPTROLLER
IN THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following Resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN PAOLONI who
moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that Gerald Terwilliger be and he hereby is appointed to
the office of Comptroller in the Town of Wappinger, to serve in such capacity
for a term ending on the 31St of day of December, 2002, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Comptroller be paid an
annual salary of $47,313.00 payable every Friday throughout the year 2002,
with the first payday to be January 4, 2002.
