RESOLUTION NO. 04 2002
TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
APPOINTING THE RECEIVER OF
TAXES AND ASSESSMENT IN
THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following Resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN VALDATI who
moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that Patricia Maupin be and she hereby is appointed to
the office of Receiver of Taxes and Assessments in the Town of Wappinger,
to serve in such capacity for a term ending on the 31St day of December,
2002, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Receiver of Taxes and
Assessments be paid an annual salary of $ 40,514.00, payable every Friday
throughout the year 2002, with the first payday to be January 4, 2002, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Receiver of Taxes and
assessments be and she hereby is authorized to employ such clerical
employees as may be necessary for the performance of her duties and to
compensate such clerical employees up to the prevailing maximum hourly
rate.
