RESOLUTION NO. 09 2002
TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
APPOINTING A DEPUTY COURTCLERK
TO THE JUSTICES,AND ESTABLISHING
THE SALARY OF SAID CLERK
The following Resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN PAOLONI who
moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that Linda Walters be and she hereby is appointed to
serve in the position of Deputy Court Clerk to the Justices for the Town of
Wappinger Justice Court, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that he annual salary of the Deputy
Court Clerk to the Justices in the Town of Wappinger be and the same
hereby is fixed and established at the annual rate of $ 31,067.00, to be paid
every Friday throughout the year 2002, with the first payday to be January
4, 2002.
