RESOLUTION NO. 10 2002
TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
APPOINTING THE CLERK
TO THE JUSTICE IN THE
TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following Resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN BETTINA who
moved its adoption.
RESOLVED, that Yvonne Lawrence be and she hereby is appointed to
serve as the Clerk to the Justice for the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the Clerk of
the Justice in the Town of Wappinger be and the same hereby is fixed and
established at the annual rate of $ 27,013.00, to be paid every Friday
throughout the year 2002, with the first pay day to be January 4, 2002.
