RESOLUTION NO. 16 2002
TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
APPOINTING REGISTRAR OF VITAL
STATISTICS FOR THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following Resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN BETTINA who
moved its adoption.
RESOLVED, that Gloria J. Morse be and she is hereby appointed to
serve as Registrar of Vital Statistics to the town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, for a term of two years commencing January 1St, 2002
and ending December 31St, 2003, pursuant to Section 4123, Public Health
Law, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Registrar of Vital Statistics
to the Town of Wappinger shall receive no salary or compensation, however,
she shall be entitled to receive for the performance of the duties of this
respective office the fees fixed by applicable statute.
