RESOLUTION NO. 25 2002
TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
APPOINTING CERTIFIED PUBLIC
ACCOUNTANTS TO AUDIT THE ACCOUNTS
& REPORTS OF THE SUPERVISOR, TOWN
CLERK AND TOWN JUSTICES FOR THE YEAR 2002
The following Resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN BETTINA who
moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that James Sedore, Jr., and Company Certified Public
Accountants, be and they are hereby retained to audit the accounts and
reports of the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk, and Town Justices for the year
2002, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Accountants are hereby
further retained for the purpose of furnishing to the Supervisor, Comptroller
and Bookkeeper to the Supervisor, such additional accounting assistance as
may be requested from time to time, in accordance with proposal submitted
to this Town Board, not to exceed the sum of $ , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said accountants receive said
compensation for all inclusive productive services which they shall render to
the Town in this connection.
