RESOLUTION NO. 27 2002
TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
APPOINTING A DOG CONTROL OFFICER
OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following Resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN VALDATI who
moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that Gerald Owen be and he hereby is appointed to serve
as Dog Control Officer of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the Dog
Control Officer of the Town of Wappinger be and the same hereby is fixed
and established at the annual rate of $ 13,954.00 * to be paid every Friday
throughout the year 2002, with the first payday to be January 4, 2002.

* To be increased to $14,897.00 on 10/15/02 , anniversary date.
