RESOLUTION NO. 30 2002
TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
RELATIVE TO THE APPOINTMENT OF
A MARRIAGE OFFICER
The following Resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN BETTINA who
moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that Cheryl Hait be and she is appointed as a Marriage
Officer for the Town of Wappinger, pursuant to Article 3 Section llc of the
Domestic Relations Law, to serve at the pleasure of the Town Board, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Cheryl Hait shall not receive a
salary for said position, however, she may accept gratuities up to $75.00 per
ceremony at which she officiates.
