RESOLUTION NO. 39 2002
ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF
UNDERTAKINGS TO BE FURNISHED
BY THE OFFICES AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following Resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN BETTINA who
moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that all the official Bonds and undertakings by the
officers, clerks or employees of the Town of Wappinger may be in the form of
a blanket undertaking from any duly authorized corporate surety and said
undertaking shall indemnify the Town of Wappinger against the loss of the
type more particularly set for in Article 2 Section 11 of the Public Officers
Law.
