RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CERTAIN CLASSIFIED CIVIL SERVICE
POSITIONS IN THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New .
York, on the 5th day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bettina

BE IT RESOLVED, that the annual salaries for the following named Town
Officers and Employees be and the same hereby are fixed and established at the
following rates:

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salaries of the persons holding
the aforesaid Positions shall be paid with 52 pay periods throughout the year 2004 with
the first payday to be January 2, 2004, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salary of Deputy Town Clerk 3 will be
increased to $21,584 on their anniversary date of March 7, 2004.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
