2004-003RESOLUTION NO. 2004-003 RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMPTROLLER IN THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the Stn day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni Maureen McCarthy ABSENT: The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded by Mr. Bettina BE IT RESOLVED, that Gerald Terwilliger be and he hereby is appointed to the office of Comptroller in the Town of Wappinger, to serve in such capacity for a term ending on the 31St of day of December, 2005, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Comptroller be paid an annual salary of $52,360.00 payable every Friday throughout the year 2004, with the first payday to be January 2, 2004.
