RESOLUTION APPOINTING A RECEIVER OF TAXES IN
THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New .
York, on the 5t" day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bettina and seconded by
Ms. McCarthy
BE IT RESOLVED, that Patricia Maupin be and she hereby is appointed to the
office of Receiver of Taxes and Assessments in the Town of Wappinger, to serve in such
capacity for a term ending on the 31s` day of December, 2004, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Receiver of Taxes and Assessments be
paid an annual salary of $ 44,056.00, payable every Friday throughout the year 2004,
with the first payday to be January 2, 2004, and
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
