RESOLUTION APPOINTING DEPUTY COURT CLERK TO THE JUSTICES,
AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR SAID CLERK
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 5th day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Ms. McCarthy and seconded by
Mr. Valdati
BE IT RESOLVED, that Linda Walters be and she hereby is appointed to serve
in the position of Deputy Court Clerk to the Justices for the Town of Wappinger Justice
Court, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that he annual salary of the Deputy Court
Clerk to the Justices in the Town of Wappinger be and the same hereby is fixed and
established at the annual rate of $ 33,949.00, to be paid every Friday throughout the year
2004, with the first payday to be January 2, 2004.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
