RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CLERK TO THE TOWN JUSTICES
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 5`" day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor -

Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr- Val d'afj and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
BE IT RESOLVED, that Yvonne Lawrence be and she hereby is appointed to
serve as the Clerk to the Justice for the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the Clerk to the
Justice in the Town of Wappinger be and the same hereby is fixed and established at the
annual rate of $ 28,658.00, to be paid every Friday throughout the year 2004, with the
first pay day to be January 2, 2004.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
