RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING
HE TOWN OF WAPPIENGERSIFIED
CIVIL SERVICE POSITIONS IN T
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 5ch day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bettina and seconded by
BE IT RESOLVED, that the designated salaries for the following persons
holding full time civil service positions, as otherwise fixed, be and the same are hereby
fixed and established as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salary of Michelle Gale will increase
to $21,208 on the anniversary date of June 24, 2004, the salary of Maria Gilbride will
increase to $17,925 on the anniversary date of December 5, 2004, the salary of George
Kolb will increase to $43,872 on the anniversary date ofNovember 7, 2003, the salary of
Danielle Lent will increase to $21,208 on the anniversary date of April 23, 2003 and, the
salary of Susan Dao will increase to $32,563 on the anniversary date of January 6, 2003.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all such designated persons shall be paid
every Friday throughout the year 2004, with 52 pay periods during such year with the
first payday to be January 2, 2004.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
