RESOLUTION APPOINTING A SENIOR CITIZENS DIRECTOR AND
ASSISTANT FOR THE TOWN OF WAPPIENGER
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 5 1 day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Rertina and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
BE IT RESOLVED, that Kathleen DeLisa be and she hereby is appointed to
serve as Senior Citizen Director for the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, and
BE ITRESOLVED, that Eileen Manning be and she hereby is appointed to serve
as assistant to the Senior Citizen Director for the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York
NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the Senior
Citizen Center Director of the Town of Wappinger be and the same hereby is fixed and
established at the annual rate of $ 33,124.00 and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the Assistant to the
Senior Citizen Director be and the same hereby is fixed and established at the annual rate
of $19,635.00 to be paid every Friday throughout the year 2004 with the first payday to
be January 2, 2004.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
