RESOLUTION NO. 2004-015
RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR FOR THE
TOWN OF WAPPINGER RECREATION
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New .
York, on the 5th day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor -

Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bettina and seconded by
Ms. McCarthy
BE IT RESOLVED, that Steve Tompkins be and he hereby is appointed to serve
as the Maintenance Supervisor for the Recreation Department of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salary for the Maintenance Supervisor
for the Recreation Department be and the same hereby is fixed and established at an
annual rate of $ 41,527.00, to be paid every Friday throughout the year 2004, with the
first payday to be January 2, 2004.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
