STATISTICS FOR THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER

RESOLVED, that C 4 1 6---, be and she is hereby appointed to
serve as Registrar of Vital Statistics to the town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, for a term of four years commencing January 1St, 2001
and ending December 318t, 2004, pursuant to Section 4123, Public Health
Law, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Registrar of Vital Statistics
to the Town of Wappinger shall receive no salary or compensation, however,
she shall be entitled to receive for the performance of the duties of this
respective office the fees fixed by applicable statute.
