RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN PART-TIME
AND FULL-TIME POSITIONS IN THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 5`h day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by and seconded by
BE IT RESOLVED, that the designated salaries for the following persons
holding full time or
part-time positions,
as otherwise fixed, be and the same hereby are
fixed and established as follows:

Refuse and Garbage $6.27 per hour

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all such persons so designated shall be
paid every Friday throughout the year 2004, with 52 pay periods during such year, with
the first payday to be January 2, 2004.
