2004-042RESOLUTION NO. 2004-042 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SCHEDULE FOR PAID HOLIDAYS FOR THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER FOR 2004 At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 5`" day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni Maureen McCarthy ABSENT: The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bettina and seconded by Mr. Paoloni BE IT RESOLVED, that the Paid Holiday Schedule for 2004 is as follows: New Year's Day January 1 Floating Holiday January 2 Martin Luther King Day January 19 President's Day February 16 Good Friday April 9 Memorial Day May 31 Independence Day July 5 Labor Day September 6 Columbus Day October 11 Election Day November 2 Veteran's Day November 11 Thanksgiving November 25 Friday After Thanksgiving November 26 Friday Before Christmas December 24 Friday Before New Years December 31 The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows: JOSEPH RUGGIERO, Supervisor Voting Ayp ROBERT L.
