RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CARY OVER OF VACATION DAYS
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 5th day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor -
Councilmember-
ABSENT:

Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, Ralph Holt, Chairman of the Recreation Committee has requested
that Kathi Delisa, Peggy Roe, and Steve Tompkins be authorized to carry over up to five
vacation days remaining from 2003 to 2004 in his latter to Supervisor Ruggiero dated
December 15, 2003..
NOW, THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED, that Kathi Delisa, Peggy Roe, and
Steve Tompkins are hereby authorized to carry over up to five vacation days remaining
from 2003 to 2004.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

In light of the heavy work load that we have recently had and the
upcoming events, I would like to request that Kathi DeLisa, Peggy Roe, and Steve
Tompkins be allowed to carry over up to 5 days of their vacation time that they were
unable to use.
