RESOLUTION NO. 2004-049
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE
TO THE ASSOCIATION OF TOWNS
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 5th day of January, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger herby
authorizes the Town Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board, and Comptroller to attend the
2004 Training School and Annual Meeting Association of Towns to be held on February
15-18 2004 at the New York Hilton in New York City.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
