RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PAY SCALE FOR PART-TIME
VANDALISM PATROL PERSONNEL
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 20th day of December, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Ms McCarthy and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
BE IT RESOLVED, that the pay scale for Part-time Town of Wappinger
Vandalism Patrol Personnel engaged to perform certain services for the protection of
Town Parks, various other Town properties and performance of other such duties as may
be assigned by the Town Board of the Town, be and the same hereby is fixed and
established as per contract with the Dutchess County Sheriff.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all of such Part-time Town of Wappinger
Vandalism Patrol Personnel engaged on an hourly basis shall be paid every Friday
throughout the year 2004 with the first payday to be January 7, 2005, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution become effective January 1,
2005.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
