RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF UNDERTAKINGS
TO BE FURNISHED BY THE OFFICES AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 20th day of December, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Ms. McCarthy and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
BE IT RESOLVED, that all the official Bonds and undertakings by the officers,
clerks or employees of the Town of Wappinger may be in the form of a blanket
undertaking from any duly authorized corporate surety and said undertaking shall
indemnify the Town of Wappinger against the loss of the type more particularly set for in
Article 2 Section 1 l of the Public Officers Law, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution become effective January 1,
2005.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
