RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE AND DESIGNATING A
REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE TO THE ASSOCIATION OF TOWNS
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 20th day of December, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Valdati and seconded by
Mr. Bettina.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby
authorizes one representative from the Town Board, Planning Board, and Zoning Board
to attend the 2005 Training School and Annual Meeting Association of Towns, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Vincent Bettina is hereby designated as
the representative, and Robert Valdati is hereby designated as the alternate to the
Association of Towns Annual meeting.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
