WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL
MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD
OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK

The undersigned, being members of the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York do hereby waive notice of the time
and place of the holding of a Special Meeting of said Town Board, and do
hereby agree and consent that the same be held on the 29th day of July, 1998,
at 4:15 p.m. in the afternoon of that day at the Town Hall of the Town of
Wappinger, 324 Middlebush Road, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York for the transaction of all business which may properly come before
the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Due and timely notice of the above mentioned meeting is hereby admitted.
A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was held on
July 29, 1998 at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York.
SUPERVISOR SMITH called the Special Meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.

Constance Smith, Supervisor
Robert Valdati, Councilman
Joseph Ruggiero, Councilman
Absent:
Joseph Paoloni, Councilman
Vincent Bettina, Councilman
The Supervisor scheduled the Meeting on July 29, 1998 for the purpose to
authorize the appointment of an Account Clerk.
COUNCILMAN VALDATI moved to authorize the appointment of Micheline
Brudnak to fill the position of Account Clerk at a salary of $16,400 per year.
Seconded by Mr. Ruggiero
Motion Unanimously Carried

There was no other business to come before the board.
COUNCILMAN VALDATI moved to close the Special Meeting, seconded by
Mr. Ruggiero and unanimously carried.
The Special Meeting closed at 4:18 p.m.
