Supervisor Christopher Colsey called the meeting to order at 7:06 PM on November 16, 2009.

A. 2010 Town Budget
Supervisor Colsey stated that, due to a lack of a quorum, they could not move forward
with the agenda. The Agenda included a review of the Preliminary Budget. The Preliminary
Budget essentially reflects the Tentative Budget. At this point, the Board has until midnight on
Friday to make any changes to the Budget. Supervisor Colsey has notified the press of this.
There are a few things that have come in subsequent to the Tentative Budget. One
example is the increase in the Sheriffs fees. if the Tentative beet becomes en een n favor the Final of adding inthat�
there are going to be some items that the Town Board may have
will not be added into the Budget.
The Supervisor will be calling a Special Meeting for Thursday at 6:00 PM. It will be the
last opportunity to attempt to have a quorum and to attempt to make any adjustments to the
Budget. He then asked Al Roberts, Town Attorney, if he had any comments. Mr. Roberts did
not.
Councilman Beale stated that Councilman Bettina was excused from this meeting.
Councilman Bettina had a family emergency and did notify the Board ahead of time that he
would not be able to attend. However, the other two Board Members have not communicated
with the Board regarding their lack of attendance. Councilman Beale feels that this is pretty
disheartening. Mr. Roberts stated that he received a call from Mr. Bettina as well. He then
asked if the Supervisor would be calling another Meeting. The Supervisor explained that he
would and that the Agenda would be the same.
Supervisor Colsey closed the Meeting at 7:09 PM.

The meeting adjourned at 7:09 PM.
