Resolution Appointing Member to the Town of Wappinger Zoning Board of Appeals
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 4, 2010.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:

Joseph P. Paolon
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Supervisor
Colsey.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger has constituted a five (5) member Zoning Board of
Appeals to oversee matters related to area and use variances, as well as interpretations, in accordance with
the Town of Wappinger Town Code; and
WHEREAS, members of the Zoning Board are appointed for a term of five (5) years; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy on the Zoning Board of Appeals exists due to the expiration of the five
(5) year term formerly occupied by Jennifer McElvoy-Riley, effective December 31, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board hereby appoints Michael Kuzmicz to fill the vacancy to December
31, 2014.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Michael Kuzmicz is hereby appointed as a member of
the Town of Wappinger Zoning Board of Appeals for a term of five (5) years to expire December 31,
2014.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
