1995-11-27 PHA Public Hearing was Held by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on November 27, 1995 at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush
Road, Wappingers Falls, New York on the proposed increase and
improvement of the facilities of Fleetwood Water District in the
Town of Wappinger.
Supervisor Smith opened the meeting at 7:10 P.M.
Present:

The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavit of Posting
and Publication duly signed and notarized. (These Affidavits
are attached hereto and made part thereof of the Minutes of this
Hearing).
SUPERVISOR SMITH explained, that at the informational meeting
the majority of the residents voted on a one time payment
for the new Well. The Town will furnish all the residents of
the Fleetwood Water District, a letter to take to their various
Banks and the payment will come directly out of their escrow
accounts.
COUNCILWOMAN VISCONTI moved to close the Public Hearing,
seconded by Mr. Incoronato, and unanimously carried.
The Public Hearing closed at 7:12 P.M.
