WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD
OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER, DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK
The undersigned, being all of the members of the Town
Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York
do hereby waive notice of the time and place of the
holding of a Special Meeting of said Town Board, and do
hereby agree and consent that the same be held on the 29th
day of March, 1995, at 6:30 PM of that day at the Town
Hall of the Town of Wappinger, Middlebush Road, in the
Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, for the
transaction of all business which may properly come before
the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was
held on March 29, 1995 at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road,
Wappingers Falls, New York.
SUPERVISOR SMITH called the Special Meeting to order at 6:30

The Supervisor scheduled the Meeting on March 29, 1995 for the
purpose of authorizing Matthew Rudikoff to prepare a
Archaeological Study of Phase 3A Tri -Municipal Sewer, Wappinger
Improvement Area, and to Award the Bids for Wappinger Sewer
Transmission Improvement Area Phase II Contract 2 and 2E.
Matthew D. Rudikoff Associates, Inc presented a revised proposed
Cost estimate for Archaeological Study from Hartgen
Archaeological Associates for Phase 3A Tri -Municipal Sewer
Wappinger Improvement Area. The estimate cost of work to be
performed by Hartgen Archaeological Associates, Inc is
$5,000.00. However, depending on observations made during the
walkover of the site to the south of Old Hopewell Road, at a
cost of $750.00, a portion of the proposed field investigation
may not be necessary. If necessary, a proposal and cost
estimate for additional field investigation will be submitted to
the Town of Wappinger for authorization.
COUNCILMAN INCORONATO moved to authorize $750.00 for the update
and the Walkover of the proposed Archaeological study Phase 3A
Tri -Municipal Sewer Wappinger Improvement Area Inc.
Seconded by Mrs. Visconti.
Motion Unanimously Carried
Next is to award the Bid for the Wappinger Sewer
Transmission/Treatment Improvement Area Phase II Contract No. 2

and 2E and authorize the Supervisor to sign.
Fifteen (15) bids were received. JAY PAGGI, Engineer to the
Town went over the Bid results and Bid Summary. After
Electrical Systems, Inc., $16,820.00. It is the recommendation
of Mr. Paggi, that the low bidders, Ben Ciccone, Inc. and I -C
Electrical Systems, Inc., be awarded the Contracts for the
Wappinger-Sewer Transmission Treatment Improvement Area Phase II
Contract No. 2 and 2E, they being the lowest bidders.
COUNCILWOMAN VISCONTI moved to award the Bids for the Wappinger
Sewer Transmission/Treatment Improvement Area Phase II, Contract
No. 2 and 2E, upon the recommendation of Jay Paggi, to Ben
Ciccone, Contract No. 2 (General Contract) and I -C Electrical
Systems Contract No. 2E (Electrical Contract), they being the
r lowest Bids, and authorize the Supervisor to sign the contracts.
