A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was
held on October 11, 1994, at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road,
Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York.
Supervisor Smith called the Meeting to order at 6:45 P.M.
Present:
Constance Smith, Supervisor
Joseph Ruggiero, Councilman
Robert Valdati, Councilman
Joseph Incoronato, Councilman
June Visconti, Councilwoman
Elaine H. Snowden, Town Clerk
Others Present:
Joseph Paggi, Engineer to the Town
The Supervisor scheduled The Special Meeting for October 11,
1994 for the sole purpose to set a Public Hearing for the 1995
Budget.
MRS SMITH announced, that because she did not have the proper
documents required, it would be illegal to set a Public Hearing
at this time.
COUNCILMAN RUGGIERO moved to table the Special Meeting setting a
Public Hearing for the 1995 Budget.
Seconded by Mr. Incoronato
Motion Unanimously Carried
There being no other business to come before the Board,
COUNCILMAN RUGGIERO moved to close the Special Meeting.
Seconded by Mr. Incoronato
Motion Unanimously Carried
The Special Meeting adjourned at f.•46 P.M

A Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on October 11, 1994 at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush
Road, Wappingers Falls, New York to recapture funds from the
1991/92 Community Block Grant Program in the amount of
$34,000.00 for the construction of rest rooms with handicapped
accessibilty at the Castle Point Recreation Area, along with
the drilling of a well and related appurtenances.
Supervisor Smith opened the Meeting at 6:50 P.M.

The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavits of Posting
and Publication duly signed and notarized. (These Affidavits
are attached hereto and made part thereof the Minutes of this
Meeting).
There were no comments or question from the audience in
reference to the recaptured Community Block Grant Program Funds
in the amount of $34,000.00
COUNCILWOMAN VISCONTI moved to close the Public Hearing seconded
by Mr. Incoronato, and unanimously carried.
