A Special Town Board Meeting Meeting was held on May 9, 1994 at
the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York.
Supervisor Smith Called the Meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Present:
Constance 0. Smith, Supervisor
Joseph Ruggiero, Councilman
Robert Valdati, Councilman
Joseph Incoronato, Councilman
June Visconti, Councilwoman
Elaine H. Snowden, Town Clerk
Others Present:
Al Roberts, Attorney to the Town
Charles Delbene, Engineer to the Town
Graham Foster, Highway Superintendent
The meeting commenced with the Pledge of Allegiance to the
Flag.
The Supervisor scheduled this Meeting on May 9, 1994 for the
sole purpose to vote to authorize the Recreation personnel (10)
to attend a required course, "American Red Cross, responding to
Emergencies" which includes American Red Cross Basic Life
Support for the Professional Rescuer. The Board of Health will
not accept the Standard First Aid Course this year. The fee
for the 24 hour course is $150.00 per person.
COUNCILMAN VALDATI moved to approve a P.0 for the Recreation
Committee, in the amount of $1,500.00 for the Recreation
personnel to attend the required 24 hour required course,
"American Red Cross Responding to Emergencies".
Seconded by Mrs. Visconti.
Motion Unanimously Carried
There was no other Business to come before the Board.
COUNCILWOMAN VISCONTI moved to close the Special Meeting of the
Town Board.
Seconded by Mr. Incoronato and Unanimously carried.
The Special Meeting Closed at 7:01 P.
