RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMPLETION CHANGE ORDER FOR
CARNWATH FARMS OIL TANK REPLACEMENT
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 22nd day of December, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Colsey and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, the Engineers to the Town, Fellenzer Engineering have approved a
Change Order for the Carnwath Farms Fuel Oil Tank as per a letter dated November 6,
2003, a copy of which is attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth ate incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby approves a change order dated November 6, 2003
for the Carnwath Farms Fuel Oil Tank between the Town and L&O
Y
Mechanical Contractors in the amount of Seven Thousand, One Hundred,
Forty-five and 00/100 ($7,145.00) for the reasons set forth in the letter
dated November 6, 2003 from Eric Fellenzer of Fellenzer Engineering to
the Town Board.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
