Colsey TOWN BOARD William H. Beale Vincent Bettina Ismay Czarniecki Joseph P. Paoloni FROM: RECREATION RE: USE OF ROBINSON LANE FOR FUND RAISER TOURNAMENT Attached please find two letters from Matt Meybohm requesting the use of Robinson Lane for a fund-raising tournament in memory of Mark Palmateer and Koreen Flynn. As you can see by the letter, the Wappinger Little League Board has approved the dates for this event. The Recreation Committee discussed this event at their February 3, 2010 meeting and voted to approve the tournament but strongly suggests that they be charged for the use of the fields as dictated in Resolution # 2010-11 by the Town Board. The Recreation Committee also recommends that if any need for Maintenance personnel is required (as was the case last year for another tournament) to remove trash or for any other reason, that that expense be passed on to the tournament organizers as well. Please advise as to how you would like us to proceed in this matter. Thank You, Gary Trudell, Vice -Chairman Recreation Committee January 21, 2010.
