Colsey TOWN BOARD William H. Beale Vincent Bettina Ismay Czarniecki Joseph P. Paoloni Supervisor Office APR 2 8 2010 Received Chris with the change that has taken place with the Recreation maintenance staff, I feel there are some changes that can be made that will allow for a more effective use of our people. 1. Move T. McKinney from a custodian function to that of a seasonal laborer. Tom has some mechanical skills, and has displayed this by getting 3 of our large mowers working. He has been handling the opening and closing of Robinson Lane and cleaning the rest rooms. 2. We would then move Joe DeRosa Jr. to do the custodian job at Robinson Lane 7:00am-9:00am, then return to the Town Hall for the remainder of his work day. 3. As soon as possible we would have (2) new custodians. The only financial part of this would be to increase the hourly pay for Mr. McKinney from $8.00 an hour to $11.88 an hour. This rate is the starting rate for a laborer. 4. Mr. McKinney has been looked upon as an excellent employee and was being looked upon as a good possibility to move up when an opening occurs. I request your assistance in this move. Thank you, Ralph J. Holt .
