Resolution Appointing a Part -Time Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 10, 2010.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:

Bettina. The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilman
WHEREAS, the Town Board authorized the Town Supervisor to canvass a current Civil Service
list of qualified candidates for the part-time position of Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds on March 8,
2010; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board interviewed candidates for the part-time position of Supervisor of
Buildings and Grounds on April 26, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board hereby appoints Steven E. Frazier for the part-time position of
Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, with salary to be paid from Budget Line A7110.100 in the annual
amount of $15,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby appoints Steven E. Frazier to the part-time position of
Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, with salary to be paid from Budget Line
A7110.100 in the annual amount of $15,000.00, effective immediately upon adoption.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
