Discussions A. State Agriculture and Markets Law Discussion - David Stolman David Stolman of Frederick P. Clark notified the Board of the changes made since the discussion two weeks earlier. Mr. Stolman stated that at the Town Board meeting two weeks prior, there was discussion on what needed to be changed - proposed amendments - to the Town Code to be compatible with the Department of Agriculture & Markets Law. The last discussion ended with confusion pertaining to the difference between timber processing and timber harvesting. To clarify the code, Clark added a definition of Timber Processing. That was the only change made in the two weeks. The proposed changes will address Agriculture Districts, activities protected in those Districts, and the differences between Agriculture Districts and Non -Agriculture Districts. Regulation of activities in Non -Agriculture Districts will be enforced the same way as has always been. Clark put together a package containing an introductory local law, public hearing notice, etc. The duration of the discussion was the fielding of follow-up questions from the Town Board. B.
