1991-01-16 PHA Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger
on January 16, 1991, at the Town Hall, Middlebush Road, Town of
Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, for the purpose of hearing all
those persons interested in making recommendations and suggestions for
the use of Community Development Funds, and discuss the Municipality's
proposed intended use for these funds.
Supervisor Smith opened the Hearing at 6:00 P.M.

Absent:
Joseph Incoronato, Councilman (On Vacation)
The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavit of Posting and
Publication duly signed and notarized. (These Affidavits are attached
hereto and made part thereof of the Minutes of this Hearing).
The Supervisor received the following requests for the proposed use
of the CD Funds:
Senior Citizens Wappinger Center $25,000.
Senior Citizen Zion Church Program 8,094.
Dial -A -Ride 13,816.
Castle Point Handicapped Restroom Facility 46,000.
Wappinger Central School Distr. Anti -Drug Program 35,000.
Deer Hill Conference Handicapped Accessible 26,000.
Mrs. Smith noted that the Board Members had previously reviewed
these requests and agreed to submit them for approval.
MR. FANUELE moved to authorize the Supervisor to submit the above
requests and complete the application to Dutchess County for
Community Development Funds.
Seconded by Mr. Valdati
Motion Unanimously Carried
MRS. VISCONTI moved to close the Public Hearing, seconded by Mr.
Valdati and unanimously carried.
The Hearing closed at 6:05 P.M.
