A representative from Wildwood Condos asked if they were assessed the
same as the private homes and was told they were all assessed at 100%.
He then asked how they arrived at that computation ---condos vs. individual
homes and the response was that the Assessor does the computing. He
also asked why the increase and the Comptroller explained that there
was reserve money in that District from last year but it was used to
reduce the amount to be raised by taxes, therefore their fund was
depleted and bonding has to be paid for previous improvements.
There were no other comments made by the public on the Assessment Roll
for the Wildwood Sewer District.
