A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was
held on November 9th, 1990, at the Town Hall, Middlebush Road, Town
of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York.
Supervisor Smith opened the Meeting at 6:00 P.M.
Present:

Victor Fanuele, Councilman
Joseph Incoronato, Councilman

Others Present:
Albert Roberts, Attorney
Raymond Planner, Planner
The Town Board was notified by phone on November 7th, 1990 by the
Supervisor that a Special Meeting was scheduled for November 9th, 1990
at 6:00 P.M. to accept the Final Environmental Impact Statement for
the Revised Zoning Ordinance. Notice of said Meeting was faxed to
the News Media and posted on the Town Bulletin Board also on November
7th, 1990.
Mr. Arnold had revised specific pages of the Draft Environmental
Impact Statement as previously discussed with the Town Board during
their work sessions; responses to Dutchess County Department of
Planning comments and recommendations and response to comments from
the public were included.
MR. INCORONATO moved to accept the Final Environmental Impact Statement
on the Revised Zoning Ordinance action and direct the Supervisor to
file the Notice of Completion of F.E.I.S. and distribute in accordance
with SEQRA regulations.
Seconded by Mrs. Visconti
Motion Unanimously Carried
There was no other business to come before the Board.
MR. INCORONATO moved to close the Special Meeting, seconded by Mrs.
Visconti and unanimously carried.
The Meeting closed at 6:25 P.M.
