A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was
held on August 7, 1990, at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Town
of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York.
Supervisor Smith opened the Meeting at 7:00 P.M.
Present:
Constance Smith, Supervisor
Victor Fanuele, Councilman
Joseph Incoronato, Councilman
June Visconti, Councilwoman
Elaine H. Snowden, Town Clerk
Absent:
Robert Valdati, Councilman
Supervisor Smith called this Special Meeting for the sole purpose
of considering the approval of the Agreement for the Archeological
Study for the Tri -Municipal pipeline expansion, and if approved,
authorize the Supervisor to sign said Agreement.
Notice was sent to all Board Members on August 2, 1990, calling said
meeting for August 7, 1990 at 7:00 P.M; notice was also sent to the
news media and post on the Town Clerk's Bulletin Board on Aug. 3., 1990.
MRS.'VISCONTI moved to approve an Agreement for the Archeological
Study for the Tri -Municipal pipeline expansion with the firm of
Hartgen Archeological Services, Inc. for the total amount of $14,230.
and authorize the Supervisor to sign said Agreement.
Seconded by Mr. Incoronato
Motion Unanimously Carried
MR. INCORONATO moved to close the Special Meeting, seconded by
Mrs. Visconti and unanimously carried.
