Resolution Authorizing Amendments to the 2010 Town of Wappinger Budget in Respect to the
Justice Court
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October 12, 2010.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey
Councilmembers - William H. Beale (Arrived 6:14PM)
Vincent F. Bettina
Ismay Czarniecki (Arrived 6:09PM)
Joseph P. Paoloni
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by Supervisor
Colsey.
WHEREAS, the Town Justices jointly issued a memo dated August 24, 2010, requesting a
budget transfer to cover the expense of a stenographer; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget amendments do not affect the adopted tax levy for Fiscal Year
2010; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget amendments are as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town
Supervisor and Town Accountant to amend the Town of Wappinger Budget for the 2010 Fiscal Year in
accordance with the aforementioned proposed budget amendments.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
