Resolution Authorizing a Request for Proposals in Respect to the Town of Wappinger Recycle
Center Operations
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on November 4, 2010.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey
Councilmembers - William H. Beale (Departed 9:11 PM)
Vincent F. Bettina (Arrived 6:12 PM)
Ismay Czarnecki
Joseph P. Paoloni
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Czarnecki and seconded by
Supervisor Colsey.
WHEREAS, the Town Board authorized Supervisor Christopher Colsey to draft a Request for
Proposals in respect to the Town of Wappinger Recycle Center operations for fiscal year 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor and/or Town Clerk to post
and publish the Request for Proposals in respect to the Town of Wappinger Recycle Center operations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor and/or Town Clerk to post and
publish the Request for Proposals in respect to the Town of Wappinger Recycle Center
operations.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
