A Special Meeting was held by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on February 13, 1986, at the Town Hall, Mill Street,
Wappingers Falls, New York.
Supervisor Paino opened the Meeting at 7:00 P.M.
Present:
Irene Paino, Supervisor
Vincent Farina, Councilman
David Reis, Councilman
June Visconti, Councilwoman
Elaine H. Snowden, Town Clerk
Absent:
Gerard McCluskey, Councilman
Notice of this meeting was sent to all Board Members on
February 11, 1986, calling said meeting for February 13, 1986
at 7:00 P.M. Notice was also sent to the three newspapers and
three Radio Stations and posted on the Town Clerk's Bulletin
Board on the same date. The sole purpose of this meeting is
for the Board to consider the appointment of Town Personnel to
vacated position/s.

APPOINTING A ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
FOR THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following resolution was offered by SUPERVISOR PAINO
who moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that Hans Gunderud be and he hereby is appointed
to the position of Zoning Administrator for the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the
Zoning Administrator for the Town of Wappinger, be and the
same hereby is fixed and established at the annual rate of
$23,000.00, prorated at $20,092.00 starting February 17, 1986,
and to be paid every other Friday throughout the remainder of
the year 1986.

TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK
APPOINTING A CLERK TO THE
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN REIS, who
moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that Jean Francese be and she hereby is appointed
to serve as Clerk to the Zoning Administrator of the Town
of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the
Clerk to the Zoning Administrator of the Town of Wappinger, be
and the same hereby is fixed and established at the annual rate
of $10,000.00, prorated at $8,544.00 starting February 24, 1986,
and to be paid every other Friday throughout the remainder of
the year 1986.
Seconded by: Councilwoman Visconti
Roll Call Vote: 4 Ayes 0 Nays
A letter of resignation was received from Eleanor Croshier,
who had been appointed in January of 1986 as Secretary in the
Building Department; the effective date of the resignation was
January 30, 1986.
MRS. PAINO moved to accept Mrs. Croshier's resignation and
place it on file.
Seconded by Mr. Farina
Motion Unanimously Carried
MRS. PAINO moved that a letter be sent to Eleanor Croshier
thanking her for her services to the Town.
Seconded by Mrs. Visconti

DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK
APPOINTING A CLERK TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR OF THE
TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following resolution was offered by COUNCILMAN FARINA,
who moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that Andrea Benedetto be and she hereby is
appointed to serve as Clerk to the Building Inspector of the
Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the
Clerk to the Building Inspector of the Town of Wappinger, be
and the same hereby is fixed and established at the annual rate
of $10,000.00, prorated at $8,735.00 starting February 17, 1986,
and to be paid every other Friday throughout the remainder of the
year 1986.
Seconded by: Councilman Reis
Roll Call Vote: 4 Ayes 0 Nays
There was no other business to come before the Board.
COUNCILMAN REIS moved to close the Special Meeting, seconded by
Councilwoman Visconti and unanimously carried.
