2010-3802010-380 Contract with the CSEA Employee Benefit Fund At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on December 13, 2010. The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey Councilmembers - William H. Beale (Arrived 7:02 PM) Vincent F. Bettina Ismay Czarniecki ABSENT: Joseph P. Paoloni The following Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Colsey and seconded by Councilman Beale. WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Highway Department is a collective bargaining unit represented by CSEA; and WHEREAS, the CSEA Employee Benefit Fund forwarded a contract on November 18, 2010, for benefits in accordance with the current contract, a copy of which has been forwarded to the Town Board in support of this resolution; and WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Attorney to the Town for personnel and labor matters has reviewed the contract and provided a written recommendation to the Town Supervisor to execute such agreement, a copy of which has been forwarded to the Town Board in support of this resolution; and WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed the contract with supporting documents and has resolved to authorize the Town Supervisor to execute the contract on behalf of the Town of Wappinger. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute the CSEA Employee Benefit Fund contract on behalf of the Town of Wappinger.
